Are there more records for George Washington Pruitt and Susie Lucas?

Question

George Washington Pruitt (born 1828) and Susie Lucas were the parents of Luther Pruitt (husband of Josephine Lucas). They are mentioned in his death record. I am having trouble finding further information about either parent.

Prewitt,and others all listed as cousins.if your Luther,where is mom and

dad??

Definitley could be him. Perhaps he was an orphan.

Looking at the census a little closer, I noticed that Booker Prewett (female) is 38, while the others are 15 and younger. What are the odds that Booker is the mom and she was widowed? And I have the current "parents" completely wrong?

I suspect the death record of Luther Prewett,may have a lot of miss

information in it.

A George W, Pruitt born Jan 18 1855 ,died Oct 13 1917,Monroe Kentucky,

his mother is listed as Susan Pruitt.That 1880 Census,Hudsonville.

Breckinbride,Kentucky,4 cousins including Luther,staying with William

Meador.

Susan and George are both mentioned in the census. I assume they are siblings (along with Luther). Could Booker be their mom?
