Can anyone tell me what part of Scotland did a Captian Robert Wesley Miller come from he was from?

This person is the ancester my father Robert Wesley Miller is named after, he fought in the American Revolution and I know that there is a record of this but cannot find it.Iam also looking for a picture of his Coat of Arms.

there is this record, Robert miller SAR Membership application.

Sar # 97819 Born in Scotland died in America wife Elizabeth Son David.

that is all the info it gives.
