Need help with a time frame for William & Francis. About what year did they marry? Do you have a birth year estimate for William as well as for Francis? Did they always live in Kent, England?

They were married in 1795 Tenterden, Kent, England.  I don't have birth years/locations.  Barbara died in 1814 in Kent.  They had three children Francis, Henry and Charles.  Charles is my great great grandfather.  Barbara's maiden name is Francis.  Unfortunately this is all I have.  Thanks!!!
