Why are most of the Suggested Matches missing from my GEDCompare 89861?

Other members can't see your Gedcompare report, Gerrit. Could you please describe what you are seeing -- and what's missing?

The Suggested Matches column is predominately empty of any data. Even my own match (Heikamp-21) is missing in the column beside my name.

I have deleted the GEDCompare and tried new files but have the same issue with each, something which I have not encountered prior to yesterday.

I don't know if the issue lies with exporting from MyHeritage, which I have done numerous times in the past, or if it lies with WikiTree.

I am having what sounds like the same problem and I asked about it a few minutes ago.  Matches I know in my upload aren't marked.  My GEDCOM report says I have 16 potential matches, but only one is actually marked.

This is the second time this has happened today, and it was working fine earlier in the week and previously.

I haven't tried again after about 4 attempts. I didn't know if the problem was the export from MyHeritage. Is this site monitored or do we need to advise a WikiTree rep about this problem?

I sent my original question to the TechTeam, not the G2G forum.  I had a response suggesting I skip all the known matches. It didn't really address the issue of why I can't see my 16 comparisons, and its not a long-term solution.  There was an automatic attachment that suggested the G2G forum as a better place to get attention, so I put my question there, too.  My bottom line is "I don't know" if anyone monitors, and I hope someone is paying attention.

I uploaded from MyHeritage a month or so ago with no issue, and I have been uploading from RootsMagic lately.  Both worked until yesterday.

I'll probably try the upload again later next week.
