How can I prove my research?

My 3x great-grandfather, John Pritchard (b. 1777 in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England; d. 14 Oct 1855 in the Red River Settlement, Canada) claimed he was "a humble sprig of nobility" based on records researched by Charles Evans, Librarian, Godalming, Surrey, England. Mr. Evans shared this information with a distant cousin in May 1961. His research indicates John Pritchard's father, my 4x great-grandfather, Samuel Pritchard (b. 1735 in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England; d. 1808 in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England) married Mary Harries (b. Abt. 1738 in Churchton, Shropshire, England; d. Abt. Jan 1787 in England). Mary's mother, Mary de Visscher, was directly descended from the Plantagenet Family through Anne of York, the Duchess of Essex (b. 10 AUG 1439 at Fotheringhay, Northamptonshire, England; d. 14 JAN 1476 at Windsor Castle, Berkshire, England. Anne of York was the sister of two Kings (Edward IV and Richard III) and was the 2x great-granddaughter of Edward III.

Anne of York's daughter from her 2nd marriage to Sir Thomas St. Leger (b. 22 MAR 1442 in Ulcombe, Kent, England; d. 13 NOV 1483 in Exeter, Devon, England) was Anne St. Leger (b. 14 JAN 1476 in Ulcombe, Kent, England; d. 21 APR 1526 in Windsor, Berkshire, England) Baroness de Ros. Anne St. Leger  married George Manners, 11th Baron de Ros of Helmsley (ABT. 1470 • Ethale, Northumberland, England; d. 23 OCTOBER 1513 in France [or at Holywell in Shoreditch, England]). I would like to find more information on their daughter Lady Margaret Manners (b. 1505 in Helmsley, Yorkshire, England; d. 27 JAN 1559 in Ethale, Northunberland, England). Lady Margaret married Sir Henry Strangways (b. Abt. 1570 at Melbury, Dorset, England; d. 15 SEP 1544 at Boulogne, Hauts-de-Seine, Ile-de-France, France). Any information on their descendants would also be most welcome. Other family names in my records for these descendants are Wadham, Thynne, Chamberlayne, Luddinton, and Richmond-Webb.

The long way.  That is, start with your parents and add sources, then their parents, etc.  When you can no longer find sources for an ancestor, add the unsourced category for that profile and others will likely help you find sources..... You may even be able to prove all this one day.  Good luck!
I like that phrase "humble sprig of nobility"...indeed that is what all of us are :)
I was unable to see anything when I clicked the source link on John's profile.  To "prove" your relationship like you asked about you would need to connect and show your sources for the information.  He's certainly where to start :)

Henry Strangway's will http://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/D978877  (viewable also on ancestry) written 18th April 1545 mentions three children. Heir Giles, plus Henry, Elenor and Elizabeth.

His executors were Thomas Trenchard of Litchett Matravers  , Robert Martin of Athelhampton, Sir Thomas Trenchard was overseer (his sister married to the former Trenchard and his Aunt to the latter one ... I think, there are a lot of Thomas Trenchards and easy to muddle) Robert Martin's dau in law was Margaret Wadham

Will of Giles Strangways (father of Henry)but died after his son.http://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/D950862 (indexed on ancestry as Strangward)

(slightly off topic but might be of interest.  The  Fox-Strangways still own Melbury House and  also parts of Abbotsbury They bought the Abbey at the dissolution and the village is now very  much a tourist attraction.  It's probably best  known for the Swanery which was originally established to breed  cygnets for food (nowadays the children feed the cygnets) There is also a Subtropical garden which was started by the family. The families  house there burned down but the gardens have been continued.  Even today, the  village hall is Strangways Hall and the pub 'The Ilchester Arms)
