What is needed to add Christopher Smith to the Quaker project?

Christopher Smith appears to be a Quaker, is he referenced suffiently for a Category inclusion?

I believe so.  He was generally considered a Friend.

I am not familar enough with the Quaker Project to sufficiently classify him other than being a Quaker in Newport.  I added some notes that the Newport Historical Society gave me to verify that his grave has not been found.
