You might want to ask the person directly who entered this detail and share your information.
On the profile page Jacobs-1673 - on the left side under the persons detail you will find a line that looks like this:
Profile manager: ___________ 
[send private message]
You can click on [send a private message] and contact that profile manager with whatever details or conflicts that you might have.
