I cannot turn up anything on Lelan S Dennis from Sumter South Carolina....   I'm assuming he was born somewhere around 1920s - 1930s  My sister was born in 1950 to Lelan Dennis and Marry Harris in Sumter South Carolina... not sure if it was the house or a hospital....

The name is on my sister's death certificate, but nothing else anywhere...
