I love this photo! Was John Pinkston a railroad man or a farmer? My grandfather dressed just like John is dressed in this photo, when he worked on his small farm.

He was a farmer :)  I took this screenshot from a home movie.  It was amazing to see my great great grandfather in a moving film.

He seemed to be a strong man. Also seems to be happy.
