Errors on Error Report

good afternoon all,   hope you are all having a great day, i know you be getting tired of me asking so many  ?s.   Well hear we go again

 

I have checked over my error  report  just  now,  and i have    3 errors-511 Unique names (spelling, which have been on my error  report  for  i know at least  a month, which i have answered  that the   spellings of names are correct. but it keeps coming back as an  error.   how  do i correct this, when  the  profile name is correct?

Are you updating the Status report? It is found on the far right of the error bar.

Just updated my Status Report (all unique names and FAG) and for the first time ever... NO ERRORS. I mustn't have done it properly before, that's why they never disappeared.

Try marking them as a false error instead. This should make the error disappear forever.

The "unique names" error exists to catch possible typographical errors and other spelling mistakes. If the spelling is appropriate, these should be marked as "false errors."
