Any genealogy computer software recommendations for Mac OSX?

Hi! I'm very new to genealogy and am learning much as I go. I'd like to have a genealogy program for my computer so I can easily organize and store information on my hard drive and would like to know if you have any favorites. I'm running a computer that operates on Mac OSX. Thank-you. PS: I'm really fascinated and impressed with WikiTree. :-)

In my opinion, if you use Wikitree, you don't need a genealogy program on your hard drive.  Wikitree is more versatile than any desktop software available.  I suppose it depends upon what you want to do.

J WikiTree is good but there are times I use a program on my laptop without cinnecting to the web. It is never a good idea to store all of your hard work in just one place because if something happens and you can no longer access that place then you may have to start over.
I'll second Dale. Having your tree in a number of different places is a good idea.
