Can someone with Pre-1500 Certification help [closed]

Question

I Adopted a profile John-123 which shows up on an error report and I haven't got my Pre-1500 Certification yet.  The error shows as 811 Uncleaned profile after merge.   I would appreciate it if someone could edit this for me.
