Gedcoms that are not fully imported into WikiTree are deleted automatically; you need only wait and they are removed.
Yours was fully imported, and profiles were created for about 200 individuals. The majority of those profiles will not be deleted and now exist on WikiTree "forever". The handful that are new enough (living people) and are locked as private will eventually be removed automatically.
It looks like you were doing really well and even found some connections to the existing global tree.
