Cnnot find the reason for him having half=brothers or half sisters?

Question

Am having a fair amount of difficulty in understanding where his half brother and half sister came from. Know that a Jamieson was also originally working on this but have lost his address.

 

Can anyone show me where these half siblings came from?

William and Agnes did't have a mother listed so they only shared a father which made them half-siblings.  The birth record was there on one of them and for the other it is mentioned in the biography so I connected Katherine Sinclair as the mother.  I think that's what was needed.
