Thomas Lawrence brn. abt1821in Naples, Italy; do you have anything on him?

My Great Great Grandfather Thomas was born in Naples, Italy, about 1821, and he married an Irish woman whose first name I've only have as Roseanna.  They lived in New York City in the 1860's to the 1880'.  They then apparently moved to upstate New York, and became dairy farmers.  I was wondering if you could help me find out about his family, siblings, and parents.
