Project Protected Profile update: Toussaint Charbonneau [closed]

Question

I am unable to connect the parents of Toussaint Charbonneau. The only manager for this protected profile seems to be on an extended absence. Toussaint's parentage is well-sourced and documented as can be seen in public comments posted on his profile. Can some other project member jump in and make this update? Those of us in the Quebecois group would like to see Toussaint connected to his ancestors. Thanks ! (I assume tag 'ppp' means project-protected profile?)

I got him connected to his parents, if you run accross this sort of thing again, please also mention which profiles are the parents (if they exist of course), saves having to search a lot of namesakes for the right ones.
