I think you might be looking for something that doesn't exist online (or anywhere else).  I looked around at the Texas state vital records department and state library genealogy resources and saw nothing likely to help.  I suggest contacting the local historical/genealogical societies or GenWeb sites, who might offer some help.  Good luck!

I appreciate the help but I had the census and death record for Samuel.

What I am looking for is the actual marriage certificate and or probate or custody order of the minor children. Have the census where the minor children are living with an older sister and husband with Fedocia Singleton.

Thanks for you help.
