How do I merge five different numbers into one?

One merge at a time...start with the highest profile numbers. The profile with the lowest #, that has the correct surname, should be the final profile.

Make sure you merge all into the correct final profile. The lowest number with correct LNAB should be merged with each of the duplicates rather than one into the next into the next. This protects the system against long redirect chains, which are harder on servers and reduce our google rankings.
