It looks like I was suckered into a massive mistake in genealogy that a lot of other genealogists have also made. George Washington Brock (Brock-3532) was not the father of Nancy Caldonia (Brock) Bowers. Little Rock, AR. Researcher and Genealogist Beth Walls Walton noted:

Many databases have Nancy Cordonia (nee Brock) Bowers was the daughter of George W. Brock and Rebecca Mildred Weir.
George Washington Brock and Rebecca Mildred Weir's daughter was Nancy Cathleen "Kate" Brock, born 17 Apr 1872 in Pike Co., AR. She married Joseph M. Walston 28 Feb 1890 in Pike Co., AR. Kate and Joe's daughter, Ophelia May Walston was born 19 Aug 1902 in Murfreesboro, Pike Co., AR. Ophelia married Hardy H. Walton 20 Feb 1920 in Miller Co., AR.
On 18 May 1955 Ophelia Maye (nee Walston) Walton ordered her maternal grandfather, George Washington Brock's Civil War tombstone and had it shipped to her house in Texarkana, Miller Co., AR at 1203 E. 14th Street. Ophelia's husband Hardy Walton signed the application that his wife had made arrangements for him to transport the Civil War tombstone to Ozan Cemetery near Nashville, Ark, which is pictured on his memorial.

On the two census years she was counted as James William Bowers's wife, Nancy Caldonia (nee Brock) Bowers was born in 1877 in Alabama.
Nancy was the daughter of Isaac W. Brock and Cynthia Jane Collins.
According to the 1850 DeKalb Co., AL census, Isaac W. Brock was born ca. 1840 in AL to Sarah "Sally" and Isaac Brock. This Isaac Brock and his wife Sarah remained in DeKalb Co., AL until their deaths. Cynthia Jane Collins was born October 1850 in Jackson Co., AL to Josiah and Mary A. Collins. On a census dated 3 Dec 1850, Cynthia was 2 months old. She was consistently shown to have been born in 1851, and she would have been a year older the following Dec. I have no doubt she was incorrectly listed as Lucinda in 1880.
Both Isaac W. Brock and Cynthia Jane Collins remained with their families until their marriage.

McCoy, age 54 of Mountain View, Stone Co., AR 5 Nov 1899 in Stone Co., AR. Her son Walter Baxter McCoy's TX death certificate has his mother was Terri-Ann Brock.

John W. Stewart was born in Perry Co., AL to Mary Elizabeth Jackson and James J. Stewart. He supposedly died in Vian, Sequoyah Co., OK. He was 33 yrs. old and living in Chismville, Logan Co., AR when he married Nancy Ann Russell, age 16 of Chismville on 20 Nov 1889. Their son was William Jackson Stewart. Nancy passed 13 May 1893 in Logan Co., and John W. Stewart married 2nd ca. 1897 Virginia Emeline Brock, sister of Nancy Caldonia Brock. Their son was Jasper M. Brock. Virginia died before 1910.
