I have kin who settled Gorham Maine and Plymouth. How can i assist?

Captain John Phinney, a Mayflower descendent was a founder of Gorham, Maine in Cumberland County. So I have descendents of him and others that helped establish Maine. I'd like to contribute but new to Wikitree and would appreciate some guidance on how to share information.
