Sarah Woolson and Thomas Bond died the same day, 12/17/1704, how?

I am always curious when 2 immediate family members die on the same day. I'm just curious if anyone knows the story between Sarah Woolson and Thomas Bond?

"Massachusetts, Town Clerk, Vital and Town Records, 1626-2001, Records Thomas's death 17 Dec 1704. The manuscript document is shown. There is one other death that day, it is not his wife's.   Her name does not appear on that sheet of record. 

I suspect only he died on that day, my (minimal) search did not find a death for her in FamilySearch records.

I bet that her death date was meant to be recorded as after 17 Dec 1704, but somewhere along the line the "after" got dropped.

And given THIS information, her death date should be changed to "after 22 Jan 1705".
