Hi Donnie,

I haven't found nothing conclusive on her maiden name besides a non-sourced ancestry tree. I would suggest changing the last name at birth to unknown till there definitive proof of that surname. I would also suggest putting in the notes a possibility of her LNAB being Kitchens but at this point I find nothing except derivative notations
