The will of Zachary Whitman, dated 24 April 1666, How Can I get a Copy of this Will?

Hi:  I am trying to figure out how to get a copy of The will of Zachary Whitman, dated 24 April 1666 along with any other Estate papers or Law suites that might have followed after.   What Library would I go to get Copies or help in finding these things?  I need to know if Zachary was my 10th Great Grandfather.   Otherwise, Does Anyone have any ideas Who Joseph Whitman's, who married who married Sarah Ketcham, parents were? and where can I get the Will of or estate papers of his possible father, if Zachary Whitman who married Sarah Briscoe was not his Father?

Where did Zachary live when he wrote the will?  Old wills in the US are usually kept in state archives, or a state library, or sometimes turned over to a historical society.  Knowing what state (or country) will help focus the answers.
