How do I find out what project has project protected" my ancestor's profile?

I created a profile for James Cummings which is now Project Protected. Thinking it might be the Upper Canada War of 1812 project, I checked his father-in-law James Macklem but that profile is not protected although he is also named in the War of 1812 project. How, then do I find the project leader to talk about changes I may make?

If you click the changes button on the profile you can find it:

"Locked status" in the change history refers to addition or removal of project protection. I think Terri was leading the Military and War project when she protected this profile.
