Please help with ancestor of Samuel Jacin Johnson 1827-1887 born in Ohio and died in Nebraska.

Question

Samuel had a brother, Elijah Johnson born about 1820 in Ohio and died 1859 Madison County, Iowa. They had two sisters. Parents may have been from KY. The brothers ended up in Madison County, Iowa. Samuel married Cathran Livinia Middleton 1834-1916 my second great- grandmother.
