your DNA results (usually compressed in a zip file), are not the same thing as a gedcom. These results you usually want to upload into another website, such as gedmatch.com, where they have tools to use for comparison with other people's DNA data that might match yours.
A gedcom is a transfer file format that represents your family tree (parents, grandparents, etc.). It can be exported from one Genealogy application, and imported into another.
WikiTree doesn't actually upload your DNA results. Instead, you merely indicate that you have done a test, and provide your kit number(s) (so that other possible cousins can compare their DNA with yours)
