William Patrick Cavender B 1826 OH

Question

My GG Grandfather was born in Ohio. I know that he moved to Owen Co., IN. He lived there in 1850 with his mother Jane and sister Delilah Cavender Bushy and her 2 children.

In 1852, he married Elizabeth McGuire of Owen Co, IN. And they resided there with their children Florence, Filmore, Robert, Alice and Thomas through 1870.  The 1880 census has the family living in Lewis, Clay Co., IN.

I have no record of his father. I did have 1 family tree source on ancestry stating his name was Robert. And that Robert and Jane Bet were married in Louisville, KY. I have found no proof of this information to date.

Any help would be appreciated.
