You should be able to enter your e-mail address on the login form. (I assume you're not already logged-in, if so you can just edit your e-mail address on the edit page of your profile.)
On the login form, click the button to have a temporary password sent to your e-mail address. This is your old e-mail address, the one that's on the account. If you don't have access to that account, e-mail Tami at info@ and she'll help.
If you're able to get the message with the temporary password, clicking the link in that message will invite you to create a new password and you be logged-in. Then you can edit your e-mail address.
