Who would actually put these as protected profiles

Hi

I made a mistake and did not realize it. I initated a merge and it ended up with the newer profile number,. It was suggested that they become protected. This Snider (Snyder) profile and his wife Mary Ann Samford started out being born in SC, they then moved to Al, then they went with DeWitt Group to Texas they are a Texas Firsrt family. I'm not sure who to ask to protect them. Southern Colonies. They are also a First Family in Al. They arrived in Al with a Wagon Train from Orangeburg SC 1818-1819.

Some guidance would be appreciated  and if some one could tell me who should I go to for a project and ask for it to be a protected profile.

Thank you

Jenny

It appears that you have 2 projects already associated with the profile. I would recommend that one of them take the profile as a PPP and then it would prevent a few things - parents from being changed - LNAB from being changed - but not much more.

The 2 projects are the German Roots and Southern Colonies. More than likely, Southern Colonies would be my first preference if I was picking one.

It also appears that the spouse is in need of a merge. I'd recommend getting that going as well.

This gives a few tips on the whole PPP thing.
Thank you. I didn't know if they should be in Texas because that is where they are buried. That is where they raised their families.
