I'm searching for a relative's family, William H. Rice, who was born in 1869 in Compton, Coaticook, Quebec, Canada. How can I search for Rices in that town/area? Thanks!

The request to search by place has been registered for a while, but has not been implemented yet by the wikitree programmers.  In the mean time, you can try some Google searches like: "site:wikitree.com "Place: Compton" rice".  You may need to try various combinations.  Notice that I didn't list the full place name, because not everyone lists the names in the same way, sometimes leaving out the province, or abbreviating things.
