Yes, there is quite a bit of data available about Capt. Matthew Arbuckle.
The book mentioned in the previous answer is viewable, in part, on google books: https://books.google.com/books?id=nK4lAAAAMAAJ&q=Captain+Matthew+Arbuckle&dq=Captain+Matthew+Arbuckle&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjpu_L-1JHVAhUlxYMKHRXiAgIQ6AEIKDAA
"Greenbrier Pioneers and Their Homes" gives good information.
There have been a number of histories written about the Battle of Point Pleasant. The rosters of soldiers for this, Dunsmore's War, and battles of the Revolution are also numerous.
"Hening's Statutes At Large," page 77, lists Matthew, his father, James, and brother, John as Captains of the Augusta County, VA Militia in 1759.
There are plenty more records. I am fairly sure many are viewable through the LDS Family Search. Sorry I am not more fluent in the WikiTree methods of entering them, and a little short on time to drift wonderfully into contributing more right now!
