James Hoey born 1st September 1892 to James Hoey and Anne Cluskey in Williamstown. In searches this will show as the district of Ardee.

He could be https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QVBP-PTDS though there were three James Hoeys born in 1892.

EDIT:

Lce-Corpl. J Hoey, 8^th Royal Dublin Fusiliers (Irish Brigade) has been awarded the D.C.M. for conspicuous bravery in action against the Germans on April 27^th. He is a native of Castlebellingham. Colonel Edward Bellingham is in command of the regiment, in which numerous Co. Louth men are serving. At the front they have named themselves “Bellingham’s Own”.
