I guess you are wanting to add the spouse of George Hockey. You have a name and a marriage date, but apparently no birth or death date. Make an educated guess at the date of birth, based on the marriage date. Mark the date as uncertain and add {{Estimated Date}} at the top of the text section of her profile to create a template that will warn that the date is basically a guess.

First, go to Familysearch and do a bit of sleuthing, you may turn up a source such as a census that gives an idea of when they were born. If that doesn't bear fruit, you can make an educated guess, for example If you know the husband's birth date, put a similar date in for the wife and tick the "about/uncertain" box. If you know neither spouses' birth date but you have their child's birth date, you can make an educated guess - say 20 years old at time of  first child's birth - and tick the "about/uncertain" box. Then when you uncover a source for them, you can amend it.
