How do find where a family member residence was located in 1890?

Question

I can locate my great-grandmother Lockie Ann Bethel (L B) Williams Stidham in the 1880 United States Census with Husband Reuben J Stidham and 3 of the children. I cannot find her in any U.S. Census after 1880. I believe she died after her daughter Roxie Ann Stidham was born December 13, 1891 in Carroll County, Georgia.

Reuben was still in Georgia in 1893 because that is where he married his second wife.  By the 1900 census they were living in Alabama.
