My William Hancock was born about 1765 in Tisbury MA & died about 1830

In Frederick, Md

Married Elizabeth Waters July 1798 in Baltimore Md by Rev Ridgely.

Resided in Creagerstown, Frederick County, MD from 1800 to 1830.

Russell Hancock was born in Tisbury MA in 1736 & married Deborah

Norton in 1766 in Tisbury, MA

Ran into brick wall for William Hancock.  I have no idea where to look.

Ancestry says Russell was a son of Nathaniel Hancock and Sarah Torrey!

Did not find any documented proof of birth !
