Drop down Menu request

Could we embed the Link = https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Data_Doctors_Report_2017-07-23  = on the Drop down menu , and call it say ? "Error - Data Doctor" , or something similar, so we don't have to go searching for it each time ? (this would be a great help, please) - -

thanks - john.a

Hi John,

We already have two Error Report links from drop down menus. Maybe we could reorganize them somehow.

Yes - thanks Chris - - - The two are diff. formats, depending which 'main' menu one is on. The 'my Wiki' #5  tab perhaps could read "Error Report - Manager", and the next right (killed by this page g2g) #7 tab could read "Error Report - Profile" (when visible in profile mode) - -

I was trying to make it easier for newer members to notice the difference.

The reason for my question above ; When I use CTR-F 'cornwall' I can find profiles in the 17 -1800's that have errors (or other places) - - I find the error reports most powerful as a tool.

cheers - john.a

You can bookmark page

That page is navigator for Data Doctors Project and is automatically updated each week.

Chris, If you can use template in menus, you can use something like this:

[[Space:Data_Doctors_Report_{{Space:DBE_Latest_Date|2}}|Data Doctors Errors: {{Space:DBE_Latest_Date|3}}]]

It will automatically change the link to the latest report when it is published. I would add this link to Find or Help menu.

You could bookmark it. ;)

I'm not sure which browser you use but if it happens to be Chrome or Firefox might I suggest the OneTab extension? You can create groups of tabs and then lock them & name the groups. I have a group specifically for WikiTree projects. It makes them super easy to find and reopen.
