change privacy setting to Open [closed]

Please change the Privacy setting to Open. I created the profile and am the current and only profile manager. I never intended for the profile to be closed.

On the profile, you'll see the privacy tab. Arrow through the locks until you get to the green one. Check it and save change "set new privacy level"

Thank you. I have tried that several times today. Problem is there is no option to check Open. The word "Open" is there but there is no place to check it.

Most likely, you have not entered birth or death dates in the data section of the profile.  WikiTree therefore assumes that it is possible the person is still living and does not permit selection of public or open.

If you enter a death date before today or a birth date before 100 years ago then WikiTree will permit selection of green or white privacy levels.
