I want parents of Sophie Hahnfield

My paternal great grandmother was Sophia Charlotte Bredehoft formerly Hahnfield, [Hahnfield-1] born somewhere in Germany 24 May 1827. On 3 Nov 1849, she married Johann Georg Bredehoft in Danbury, Ohio. He was born in Heeslingen, in Germany and came to this country with his parents in the 1830s. Possibly because of spelling problems with Hahnfield we can find no parents or siblings or for that matter any ancestors for Sophia. I’ve tried spelling variations in FamilySearch to no avail.

Any and all help will be gratefully appreciated.

Someone named Tom Bredehoft seems to believe that Sophia's maiden name was Schlopkin.and her middle name was Christina: FindAGrave

You might try to contact him through that site.

Sorry, Tom.  I looked at the question, but not your name.  Is that you on the FindAGrave site?

Fred, you're right. Now I've got to figure out where I went wrong, or where my sources are wrong. Thanks.
I could mention that Hahnfeld or Hahnfeldt would be more likely German spellings than Hahnfield, but I tried searching those a bit too and had no luck.
I tried Hanfeldt, etc, too. No Joy. Thanks for looking.

I found a spelling of Hahenfeld. But no record of her parents.  I,too, have searched various spellings. I think she changed her name at some point or did not come from Germany. She may have started as Charlotte Christina.
