The name of the godfather is preceded by "mre" which I read as an abbreviation of "messire", also indicating higher social status.
The dates are really not clear. The second one could be twenty-nine, but then the first one could not be twenty-something (the birth date is usually given explicitely only when it is different from the date of baptism, otherwise it would be something like "ce jour").
I went to the original document (AD47 Castillonès BMS 1691-1704 E SUP_3255,
http://www.archinoe.fr/cg47/registre.php - unfortunately they do not provide persistent deep URLs) to try to get a clearer image, and I found it on page 106. The first date seems to be "vintroisiesme" (23rd), and the following record is clearly dated of the 23rd, the previous one being from the 19th. The second date still looks like 29th, which doesn't make sense.
Interestingly, I found another record for the same baptism on page 118. It is normal that two versions of the same record exist, yet they are not supposed to be bound together as they are made to be kept in different places. But this particular register is a mess, with a (non-genealogical) chronicle of years 1774-1785 inserted on pages 107-110.
That other record is phrased slightly differently, with dates in digits. Baptism is clearly on the 23rd, and birth on the 20th. The godmother lost her "damoiselle" and two additional witnesses are named, Bertrand ... and Barthelemy Maulin who did not sign for they did not know how.
