The best fit from census records would be at http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Mayo/Kilmore/Sraheens/1595912/:

Residents of a house 14 in Sraheens (Kilmore, Mayo)

Regan John 62 Male Head of Family Roman Catholic Farmer
Regan Mary 46 Female Wife Roman Catholic Co Mayo
Regan Michael 25 Male Son Roman Catholic Co Mayo
Regan Catherine 17 Female Daughter Roman Catholic
Regan Anne 14 Female Daughter Roman Catholic - 20th August 1886 to John and Mary Coffey
Regan Bridget 11 Female Daughter Roman Catholic
Regan Maggie 10 Female Daughter Roman Catholic
Regan Winifred 9 Female Daughter Roman Catholic

        Followed by http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Mayo/Kilbeagh/Glenmullynaha_East/1598858/:

Residents of a house 18 in Glenmullynaha East (Kilbeagh, Mayo)

Regan John 60 Male Head of Family Roman Catholic
Regan Agnes 48 Female Wife Roman Catholic
Regan John 19 Male Son Roman Catholic
Regan Annie 15 Female Daughter Roman Catholic - 6th November 1885 to John and Agnes Doherty
Regan Bridget 12 Female Daughter Roman Catholic
Regan Katie 6 Female Daughter Roman Catholic

In the Civil Registration records I can only find two matching records from Mayo in 1887 there's this one from Ballyglass (Kilbeagh Parish) on 27th August 1887 - https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1887/02545/1942136.pdf

bear in mind that dates given for civil registration were often later than true birth dates to avoid late registration fees, but the father's name is Anthony. The other one is from Charlestown in November of that year.

The 1920 census record at https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MJ7P-NK7 shows Annie as having emigrated in 1902. The best match from the 1902 arrivals lands on 12th May and is a 17 year old from Balla which is about 20 miles away from all the other places I've listed. The 1901 census doesn't show any Regans living in Balla so it may be a recording error. Her destination is cousin Mary Conlon in Brooklyn.

        Thank you
