Here is her marriage 'allegation' from findmypast. It was a form of marriage license and specifies the parish for both parties but it doesn't mean she was married twice.
Interestingly they have an image of the document and it's a printed, standardized form with the relevant details filled in. I've never seen one from so early before. There's no additional info on the image.
There's one anomaly on the document: Francis Stones is said to be of the parish of Wirksworth in the County of Derby, but Margaret is 'of the parish of St Nicholas in the town of County of Nottingham'. The name for a town is just missing. However further down is specifies 'the Parish Church of Wirksworth or Kirksireton'. I presume Kirksireton is 'Kirk Ireton' today, and it's just a few miles from Wirksworth, but it seems to imply that Margaret was living somewhere else as they're nowhere near the border with Nottinghamshire.
Edit: I think the 'missing' town was just their way of writing 'Nottingham in the County of Nottingham'. I found her younger brother's baptism in St Nicholas, Nottingham in 1709 - which I see you already knew about.
