What, exactly, is WikiTree+?

I see this mentioned quite a lot but so far haven't been able to discover what and where it is and how to use it.

Perhaps I was. I'm not too sure. I've bookmarked the help so I won't lose it so that will help. Since it only works with the Chrome browser I can't see me using it anytime soon. It would be nice if I could use it with FireFox.
