Yarborough-324 is my Grandmother's brother. Her profile name is Yarbrough-703.

Yarbrough-324 is my grandmother's brother, Frank. Her profile is Yarbrough-703. I have helpful sources, but the profile manager hasn't been on since Sept 2016, as nearly as I can tell. I'm still a bit WikiTree confused, can I add the sources on and it will keep the work I did on his profile or do I need to message her and not work on it until she contacts me back?

The current manager for Frank's profile is a Family Member, so she may not work profiles often.

Follow the Collaboration steps mentioned on the right-hand side of Frank's profile (trusted list request; private message; public comment), allowing about a week between each step.

If you receive no response from these steps, then you can complete an Unresponsive Profile Manager request to have the profile opened (or you may be added to the trusted list).

Francis Garrett Yarborough-324 is an "Open" profile. If you have a reliable source that Francis is the son of Richard and Anna, your great-grandparents, you can feel free to add that source and edit Francis's family adding his parents.

Communication with an active manager of a profile to discuss some changes or editions to the profile is very important as adequately Lindy says.

The only contributions of the manager were on 16 Sep 2016.

You can go on with the "Unresponsive Profile Manager" procedure to have the profile orphaned so you can adopt Francis's profile later.
