Noam Chomsky to be laureate professor at University of Arizona

Today, UA News announced: "Chomsky has been hired by the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences as a laureate professor in the Department of Linguistics." (See Noam Chomsky Joins Faculty at University of Arizona.)

Consequently, I updated his profile to reflect this major life change.

Also, since I live in Tucson, I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to attend the public lectures he intends to offer.

You can learn a lot from him, I have seen some of this talks on Tv, and I really like them. Yes you must have a open mind and see all points of view he and a few others take all points of view and have a open dialog with the right, the left and those who are neither, but remember this you can all agree at least on some thing.  Good luck, and remember to have a open mind and take lots of notes.
