Your profile shows that you've taken a DNA test, but it doesn't show up on the page yet.

Under the "Add" tab, select "DNA Test Information" and provide details for your Ancestry DNA test.

Additionally, you can go to Gedmatch.com to upload your data to facilitate comparisons with people who tested with other companies, and to get some analysis tools that don't exist at Ancestry. Then enter your Gedmatch ID number in the Ancestry DNA record on your DNA Test Information page. That will allow other WikiTree members to find you on Gedmatch and compare with you.

Finally, to get the most out of WikiTree, you need to upgrade your membership here by "Volunteering". (There should be a Volunteer form on your Wikitree Nav Page.) After that, you will be eligible to sign the honor code and become a full-fledged Wiki Genealogist.

Progress! Your Ancestry DNA test ID is on your profile new.
Is that the Kit number that Gedimatch give you? Only everytime I have tried to put the kit number in - Wikitree doesn't seem to like it
The ID on her page appears to me to be an Ancestry identifier, not a Gedmatch ID.
If you uploaded to Gedmatch Genesis, the new version of their database, apparently those kit numbers aren't supported yet.

The version of Gedmatch which works with Wikitree at the moment would give you a kit number that starts with an A for Ancestry tests.
Gedmatch Genesis isn't the issue here. The ID on her page is 4 letters followed by 4 numbers. It's apparently her Ancestry member name, not a Gedmatch ID of any sort.
I've not been active in Ancestry or Wikitree for some time now but I hope to keep with it for a while.

I had never taken a DNA test until a couple of months ago with Ancestry. I am working to get that into up now, and have created an account with Gedmath.com.
Hello Linda,

Go to https://www.wikitree.com/index.php?title=Special:DNATests&u=12576662

and enter your GEDmatch ID.  Then click the "SAVE DETAILS FOR LINDA ... " button.

Doing so will automatically associate your autosomal DNA and X chromosomes with your ancestry in WikiTree.
