Adoption of Marie Velte (November 12 1919- November 7 2004)

Question

I don't know much about the adoption but I do know how my great grandmother found out about her adoption. Around 1969 her biological brother decided to call and brake the news to her that she was adopted and at the time her parents were still alive so she asked them and they told her oh that's your mother we told her she can contact you anything they want and after that she didn't want to do anything with the adoption or getting to know her biological family. Sadly her adoption records were lost and we have no way figuring out who her biological mother and biological brother are but we do know that family somewhat knows about her.

Thank you and sadly me and my mom don't know her biological name since the document got lost. I know that would be easier to figure out her biological family but sadly that got lost. I'll try to find out more information that I can about her but sadly that's all I know. I did take a AncestryDNA test maybe one of the 87 people who Ancestry found might be from that side but sadly I have no idea at the moment and I can't look at their trees since I don't have a payed account or something.
