Which woman is the correct mother?

I struggled with this profile after finding it while furnishing sources.  It is not
solved after one question so will ask again.  There are two names given as the mother, all other information agrees on him.  Siblings are not involved because all merges have apparently been done and I'm not involved.  His two mothers are Maritic Marritje Aarse and Mary Hunt.  I think the je on a female name indicates a non English name, but I don't know enough about how to convert it to an English equivalent. Can someone find the correct
name or tell me how to merge without agreeing in a mothers name?  That is the holdup on the merge.

Dutch Reformed Church Records from New Jersey. The Archives of the Reformed Church in America, New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Both names are used in the different sources.  I am going to choose to use the Dutch Reformed church record that Eddie gave.  I do not belong to ancestry.com so if someone wants to correct the source please feel free to.  I am going to copy and paste from his answer.  I will use Hunt as AKA.
Some one might like to look through this whole family, such as an arborist,
and see where there are duplicates.  I  only adopted the profile intending to merge them and got in over my head.  Glub, glub....
I think the theory is that Mary Hunt was a 2nd wife and the mother of the last 2 or 3 children.  She comes with parents - her father Moses is called a Professor.  Presumably Gilbert's brother was named for him.

I have no idea how much of this to believe.

      These "sources" are all user-submitted
Yes but they have info as to where to look at least in terms of locations and dates.

The one doc also had some sources listed.

which gives Eleazer the usual 7 children, but there's a Francis and no Stephen.

Stephen is a very popular ancestor.  Apparently he was hanged, but as so often happens, the rope broke.
