Walter Cook needs sources for parents

Based on this quote "Walter Cooke of Weymouth was admitted a freeman of the Massachusetts Bay Colony, 18 May, 1653 & how much earlier he came to New England is a matter of conjecture" it appears that there's no evidence of his parents or where he came from in England. He's prob. not part of the PGM but I thought maybe he was in a NEGHS issue or GMB. Hoping someone can look and check?

He's a questionable gateway ancestor although I'm going to remove that link (Humphrey Carewe Cooke's father John Cooke)  - his whole tree is really sketchy.

I did some quick looking around.  There have been no recent articles on him, and their appears to be no support/evidence for his parents or English origins,

I would disconnect his parents at this point until evidence as to his origins is found.

I agree with Joe but maybe mention them as unproven parents in the bio so people know.
