Is Gregory Carter born in Suffolk England in 1550 the same gregorie that married Alice Withers in 1598?

It appears they are the same person.  Gregory Carter's will dated 26 Jul 1606 and proved 4 Apr 1608, mentions his wife Alice (who died in 1606) and her four children by her first marriage [to Adam Bland].  See Howard W. Carter, Carter, Genealogy of the Descendants of Thomas Carter... (Norwalk, CT, 1909), page 274.
