Where and when did Mary Moran McGill die?

Question

My second great grandfather Charles McGill was married twice.  When he arrived in Cincinnati, OH from Ireland his wife was listed as Mary Moran and they had a son Thomas.  Charles has changed his last name to Gill.  Mary died soon after the 1850 census and I cannot find a Catholic Church or cemetery where she was buried (with her birth and death information}.  Any assistance very welcomed.
